Thanks for the info’s, as I did some research and saw the dr. oz thingy, I believe it’s the best way to treat melatonin on what it is, a sleep regulator not a sleeping pill.
My sleep right now is “okay”, but I go to sleep late at night around 2 and wake up around 12 a clock mid-day. And this is consistent unless the candida is active or I suffer small dieoff’s. So for that reason I would like to try out melatonin just a week 1 mg pr. day to turn this to more normal bedtime times.
I know it’s not good for the diet aspect, but my sleep is horrible if I dont eat a little carbs 1 -½ hour before bedtime. I cycle the carb source so that the candida has a hard time to adapt. I believe it’s far more efficient to get the good sleep vs. feeding the candida a little.
