The melantonin did not do any difference, I’ll try again tonight, 1mg. But it has been some wet days here and my symptoms flare up on humid days.
Thanks for all the talk Impossible! I also want to add that I had a ½ year where I took some time off weightlifting, and then started again only lifting in the evenings around 8PM where I felt way better. It has been really normal for me only to fully wake up in the evenings.
And I only lifted when I was feeling proper recovered and fresh, did eat a lot before, during and after the workout, high in calories. After a while I started to feel real good and gain more weight then I had for the last year!.. All crashed when I stopped, went to a festival and had antibiotics for a while after.
This really hit home for me:
And dont forget that stress can come in the form of multiple things, from worry to sickness to freezing your butt off for a while to working out like a maniac. YOU stabilizing your blood sugar plays a large part in reducing your stress load and recovering both from adrenal fatigue and candida. Your entire body in fact suffers, including your immune system which is obviously crucial in beating candida. The bottom line is its pretty darn hard to beat an infection and deal with inflammation with adrenal fatigue.
Good stuff, I will definitely look into doing this, and read more about AF.
However, I found this guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ac0npV7dA70 talking about cytokines and neuropeptides bound to receptors for ACTH on the adreanals when having an infection – could it be the case when having candida?
I don’t really care if this is the case, I have the symptoms and it often overrules the candida symptoms. Funny how I found out that the only way out of these low energy periods was: Eat, get heat from an external source such as herbal teas or simply turning up the radiator and get more rest.
I will try to talk to my MD about these aspects, maybe I can get a spittest for 24 hours there. But as you say, the AF diagnose is not recognized official, how do you recommend how I could get to a good endo? I see candida as a very good cause of AF.
If you have any decent information on how the HPA axis, and other endocrine systems work under infection, I would be really happy.
Thank you for helping out!
