quick wrote: Thanks for the quick response positivo. It seems like anything and everything I eat right now goes straight to my head. I’m almost afraid to eat now, it’s pretty pathetic. I haven’t tried Kafir yet, although I’m certainly wanting to, but will probably wait until after I take my exam on the 25th. I’m in between a rock and a hard place trying to balance beating the candida and trying to stay on top of my studies.
I’m at a point now where I don’t get hungry anymore, which is dangerous I know, I’m starting to look anorexic and it’s become quite worrisome to my family and girlfriend.
This is bound to get better, but when?
I understand, I’m a college student too and I had to take online classes this semester because I knew making it to class and studying would be a struggle. Candida is stressful enough. I was at a similar situation in the fall. I would starve myself just to make it to school with no digestive problems. I lost 20 lbs very dangerous. How do you feel about buckwheat, oat bran and can you juice vegetables. Juicing helps me get plenty of nutrients without having to worry about digestive issues. Buckwheat and oatbran help me tremendously to get through the treatment and when the serving size is appropriate i digest it very well. I suggest making your own kefir ASAP. I slacked on kefir and I’m Telling you first hand I missed out big time. The probiotics in it also helps with digestion, especially with gas in my case. Things will get better just closing review everything your eating and doing to ur body and you might be able to find the source of your problem. I hope that helps.
