For short term relief it might help(if other natural alternatives are not working). I found Ibuprofen to be effective at inhibiting candida for about 2 weeks and then it seemed to lose its effectiveness(just my experience).Although, I was not doing a combo anti-fungal therapy Zole+Ibuprofen.

The topical or vaginal application might be worth more exploring.

Ibuprofen alone has poor antifungal activity. It is mixed with an azole when the things become serious.
