In my case, I noticed my ability to handle stress was increased 10 fold when I upped my vitamin C intake. I currently take 6000-10000 mg a day.

I also would echo that acupuncture is so relaxing. What about some mild yoga? I love yoga because my body is holding a lot of toxins in my muscles, yoga helps ring them out.
