I eat a lot of coconut oil. Be careful though as its a powerful antifungal and you could get some die-off from it.
I also eat a lot of nuts. Nuts have a lot of fat in them but can be tough on the digestive system for some. They also apparently have mold on them so some people say to let them soak in water and lemon juice then bake them.
Other than that, i’ve been making bone broth and have been careful to make sure i include as much fat in the recipe as possible. I feel your pain, though, im 5 9′ ish and weigh about the same in kilos. Retaining weight is a struggle.
