I totally agree. Honestly, I think the best thing is to find the strictest diet you can handle and stay with it. Doctors have looked and talked to me as if I’m making this up.

I’m going to try the really strict diet and see if I can do it. I just love food so much. I hate giving up all my favorites, not to mention giving up drinking.
