I just want to mention here that I am loving FitDay.
When my candida was under control and I was not eating any overt fats,I was amazed at how much fat shows up naturally in raw foods.
Now that im eating a totally different diet because I cant eat what I want, my fat content is through the roof!
I cant get over it.
You really need to journal every little piece of food you eat for a few days to really see how much fat you are consuming. Its crazy.
I was eating mostly raw until this happened. Now im eating junk just because I cant get my carbs in otherwise.
Hating it. I have traded bananas in for cornchips, and mangos in for toast. Thanks to coconut milk/oil/yogurt/creamer, my saturated fat is crazy. Waiting for my heart attack.lol.
