Well raster, you may think eating fruit is not good.
But it may well work for Vegan Catlady. If she testifies that she feels better on that diet, then why try stopping her? When it comes to diets and to personal reactions to different food mixtures, there’s no such thing as a ‘one size fits all’.
Please allow for individual variations, and do not try to force everyone into the same bodice.
I think reading so many stories that start with “I have been doing this diet for X-amount of years and I still have a problem…” got me thinking that there has to be a better way.
I just read some info supporting the theory that yeast gets aggressive and stronger on low-carb diets with anti-fungals. Makes sense intellectually doesnt it?
I mean, high carb may not be for everybody….but it just might work for me 😀
I definitely plan to let everyone know if I get sicker, so that no one walks a screwy path 🙂
