I have a new complaint,lol.
I *hate* that the reaction you get from eating something bad for you, is way too similar to the reaction you get when your killing candida.
Maybe that is not correct, and if not, opinions welcome.
I ate a BOATLOAD of pumpkin seeds tonight.
I mean, it started out that I was shopping and wanted a snack.Then I got a taste for them and bought 2 more bags.
I began to get a sore throat, and my tongue is coated again, and I freaked.
As soon as I got home I jumped on the PC to see if the seeds were on the “do not eat” list.
It really felt like I ate a cupcake.
Apparently, they are on the “definitely eat and enjoy” list…but I felt cruddy,and my tongue looks bad.
Still eating berries without detriment. Beans too. Coconut milk and coconut yogurt.
salads.roasted veggies. peanuts on occasion. coffee with coconut oil.
salsa with garlic.
