Well, considering I absolutely hate hemp protein, this turned out very well.
I added some cinnamon and dropped the baking powder/soda as I also wasn’t sure if this also affected me.
3/4 cup hemp protein
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
6 x organic eggs
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 x teaspoons cinnamon (less or more to your liking)
mix all the ingredients together and they should make a paste. Put into a bread baking tray for 60 minutes and you will have the below.
