Hemp protein should generally be OK. Its exploding in its popularity. I would consider trying to make kefer cheese, kefer bread, etc. There is a bunch of stuff you can make out of kefir.

I’d also look at teff for your protein and nutritional needs:

Rice has protein in it too and would consider rice protein powder as well. You could even possibly rotate protein powders.
