Buckwheat crackers are great as a snack, there’s a recipe on the forum’s recipe section. Also, my favorite snack is avocado-kefir smoothie with pure vanilla extract. It’s quite filling. Also, you can bring a thermos bottle with kefir everywhere you go so when you experience hunger just take a sip.
