Ohh ok, yep i understand.. Ok well, I will keep going on it, I got discouraged earlier and thought about going to get maccas and having a few beers but then the sensible side took over. It’s rough eating vegetables etc every meal.
Can i quickly ask your recommendation on yogurt? Some places say yes, some say no as it still has sugar. I have a natural gluten free yogurt but i read it has 6 grams of sugar in it.. Should i eat this? I can’t seem to find one with 0 sugar, do they exist?
