I read the article, and the basic message I received from it was, “Eat less green, leafy vegetables because a few people have problems with oxalates.”
This article is what I call a fanatic’s way of drawing attention to a website.
Every food item will cause problems for someone. So does this mean that all of us should lower our intake of all foods?
The author also mentioned “long term use” … By juicing vegetables once or twice a day during the Candida cleanse or even a few weeks into the diet, it’s extremely doubtful that this could cause a problem with too many oxalates.
I thought he was aiming it towards the green powders. I eat between 5-9 veg per day, 3 of them being greens. I don’t miss drinking the green powders though.
It also made me think of Magnus’s (I think it was him), recent post.
