So I got my new A&D today. It says A 1250 IU, and D 135 IU. It says to take between 1-4 a day. So how many should I take?

I have a D3 too, but it says you should take it for about four weeks? Hum…well, I’m still taking it too. So, should I stop taking the D3 and just take this new A&D for now?
D and D3 are different so they should both be taken. Just like you quoted in your post up there, this is the way it’s explained on the Vitamins, Minerals, Herbs post.
Vitamin A: 5000 units (IU) a day.
Vitamin D: 400 units (IU) a day.
Remember what I typed on your other post about D3 & D when you asked if D was magnesium?
