However, glycine has a sweet taste, which makes me concerned about consuming it while on a strict candida low glycemic diet.

I’ve been eating only berries, vegetables, meats, almonds, walnuts, pecans, for the most part, and have not included anything substantively glycemic for over two months now.

However, I’d like to take glycine, along arginine, ornithine, and lysine, to promote cell growth.

Can a candida expert give me their opinion on this?
