I haven’t had any problems with stomach pain or anything that would lead me to IBS, so I haven’t considered it. It may be that I’m missing nutrients. Either that I’m not taking them in or that my body isn’t processing them. I’m going to add mineral drops to what I’m doing since that has the trace minerals.
It is so complicated and interconnected. Right now from noon till 5:00 I’m exhausted and useless, and that isn’t going to work for me for long! (I have kids, need to work not to mention my love of swimming etc. )
Also the mind his a very big player in all things physical I think, but I don’t really know where to go with that at the moment.
