Hey shayfo, hope you’re enjoying your weekend!
I managed to find that tea last night and to my surprise, it’s pretty darn good. Lemon echinacea!
I’m a little concerned whether I’m killing enough yeast each day or not. I don’t really see any of this stringy stuff people talk about after BM’s.
I have upped my antifungal dosage quite a bit and I do feel like a giant sack of garbage but nothing is making me feel like death like after the second week on the diet when I had severe pain everywhere. I am taking 3 doses of molybdeum each day.
Do I need to feel like absolute death to be sure yeast is dying? Or does it hit a somewhat manageable state over time and just kind of stays at that level until you get rid of it completely.
I guess I just anticipated my symptoms to get extremely bad when I upped my antifungals. They did get worse, like I notice my head congestion is most of the day now again and I have dull body aches and sore throat but nothing catastrophic. And my throat gets a lot worse a couple hours after I take the antifungals.
Did you kind of hit a groove for a while where it wasn’t bed ridden and dying yet you still felt bad enough that you didn’t want to do anything?
