I did forget to mention that I tried a Magnesium supplement at first. I tried a Calcium, Mag.,Potassium combo supplement yesterday, as well as vitamin B and Omega 3. I noticed the most relief after the vitamin B and Omegas, but couldn’t replicate it in the evening when I was in extreme pain again.
Avocados were my main food source in the last few days, I’ve been eating 2-3 a day (not the small ones, but XL avocados)
Able, yes I stopped the cleanse, yesterday I added hardboiled eggs, green peppers, and goat milk keifer (just until I can get my own keifer going). Is there another food source that I could consider adding in? I’m going to try the ACV right away.
