You don’t need to limit your carb intake whatsoever. What you need to limit is how much food you eat that contains sugars, molds, dairy, etc. Carbs is not something to worry about because your body needs them to function.
However, I would heavily consider not working out until you’ve done the diet for 1-2 months. Your body is pretty achy and feels pretty bad, so if you work out too much it’ll become too taxed and cannot fight candida.
