Well I used to eat turkey but I gave it up. I try not to eat chicken much and I eat thin cut pieces and I remove all visible fat. I eat sardines as well. I rather give up meat all together and have eggs but I can’t do that. Maybe later, im just really concerned witheating 1 cup of buckwheat or oatbran a day because this diet is starting to feel way too easy. thanks for the suggestion, I also won’t be introducing anything from the next stage like lentils till I get some kind of testing done to see if my candida is under control. Do you get ground turkey?
