Evening primrose contains GLA, an anti-inflammatory omega-6 fatty acid. You’d need to supplement with fish oil for omega-3. Many of them are molecularly distilled to remove heavy metals.
Certain fish, especially young fish like sardines, contain much lower amounts of mercury, and all of them contain natural mercury chelators (alkylglycerols). The body has other means of chelating mercury too. If you were suffering from constipation it might not be a great idea though.
