I’ve only started my probiotic recently, so I’m hopeful it will help me as well. I still didn’t manage to get good kefir grains, so I’m now only drinking kefir from a starter pack, but hopefully that will change soon. I’m eating a lot of yogurt and buckwheat in moderation. I’m taking acacia fibers as a prebiotic.
Could you specify the antifungal therapy you were given by your doctor?
