thanks Smitty,

They did me miringotomy back on Monday, drill a hole so the liquid can go out (small surgery). That stooped my body fever and reduced pain and generally I felt better (better hearing etc).

But I expected when you get so strong antibiotic to be much better after 2-3 days, and not after 10 days. The liquid was still going out even 4 days after taking it.

so, I phoned doctor yesterday, since I’ve read on internet that middle ear infections can be caused by virus, bacteria and yeast :-)… He said, don’t read internet, except for facebook :D.
He said I for sure had no yeast infection in ear(I told him about my state earlier so he tried not to prescribe me antibiotic as well), since he can see it with microscope (the yeast) and I had a lots of pus in ear which is sign of bacteria. So I think his right…

Slow recovery, he says is sign that I had so strong infection and we waited for 5 days before we introduced antibiotic..

Without my doctor knowing I went to lab yesterday and they took my liquid for analyses, to check is it yeast or bacteria or none (virus) ;-)… I will get results on Monday 😀
