Yes they all have conflicting ideas of what to do for sure. My regular Doc said, “No you don’t have to change your diet…just go home and rest”. Well that right there was the moment that I knew I had to go on the advice of the Holistic Dr because I was getting absolutely nowhere doing the same thing I had been doing.
Then I go to see my naturopath and she tells me that the diet is too strict and I should introduce a little more protein into my diet. She had me taking different supplements to the holistic Dr too.
At the moment, I’m wondering if I should be having some gluten free uncontaminated oats or buckwheat or adding some potatoe to my diet because I am having symptoms of my heart pounding in the mornings and very shakey to the point of if I don’t eat I feel like I might pass out. I have lost too much weight now and I feel light headed at times. I am beginning to feel that this diet is just too harsh on me and I need to add some things.
I have been very good with it as far as sticking to it because I had other symptoms I needed to be rid of but now that it has been brought to my attention that I had been going through die off symptoms all along without even going on the diet from a supplement I had been taking for years I think I can sort this out without being so strict. Of course I am not going to introduce things willy nilly and will still be paying close attention to what my body is telling me but I need some energy to live because this has been stuffing my life up for too long now. I can’t exercise, I can barely look after my pets. I sit around all day, every day and I am withering away. I don’t feel healthy. Anyone got any ideas on what I can try to introduce? Green apple, oats,potatoe,carrots,berries, a little red meat? I have no bloating issues an fact my stomach is almost concave in the morning…
