You have a mistake. A very restrictive diet isn’t the solution to this syndrome. You will complicate it more. I believe I have some experience to say it.
And I believe I have some experience as well to say that we do not “have a mistake” and that a strict diet is absolutely necessary as part of the entire protocol of curing a Candida infestation. The people in the following thread, I believe, would agree with me.
Testimonies to the Diet and Protocol
The problem with a very restrictive diet for any purpose or condition is that many people are not likely going to stick to it for long or 100% if it limits them too much. While there may be people that have stuck with it and seen results, you are not talking about how many people started it and failed (by cheating even once). And then they did things on their own or chose a different diet. Testimonies are great but how many salesmen are going to post bad testimonies about their products and talk about the people that did not like a particular product or the product did not work for them. None. Kind of like a resume. Who is dumb enough to tell about bad work experiences or reviews?
Correct me if I am wrong but someone on here said that the diet was not intended for long term use. Something about it not being healthy. I would characterize something like a strict diet as a “guide” rather than a plan. You said yourself that you pulled the diet from the site because of complaints or people not in agreement with its contents. I in fact have not even seen it. I do not need to in order to realize that people are likely to fail if given few options for what to eat. Or if they have to turn their lives completely upside down. Given so many questions here go answered by “nobody can know that for sure”, I can only assume any diet is speculation as well.
