I’ve been eating guacamole with veggies (celery, broccoli, cauliflower, etc) like I’m getting paid for it…and it helps. It’s all nutrient-dense and high-fiber, and the guacamole is fatty, which is pretty filling. When I wasn’t eating enough calories at the beginning of the cleanse, I would even add extra virgin olive oil to the guacamole.

Also, if you can find alcohol-free vanilla, you might try pureeing an avocado with vanilla, cinnamon, and stevia, like pudding. It’ll probably be ugly-looking, but I bet it would taste pretty okay. I used to make raw chocolate mousse with avocado, same idea.
