Thank you very much for your incredibly detailed responses, I now understand where you’re coming from. You’ve said enough to stop me trying to move myself along too quickly in the process.
I have every intention of using all the new recipes I’ve learnt in the last few weeks, in my long term diet plan. I feel that I’ll always need to be careful about what I’m eating as I’m really scared of the candida coming back once I’ve finally beaten it.
Hi, Neeky. Thank you for telling me that, and Hope was right; you really did make my day when I read that you decided to stop trying to move along too quickly with your diet. This is, unfortunately, a very long and drawn out healing process, but it helps to know that we have people here who either have or are still going through the same thing and they’re willing to share their ideas and thoughts with us as well as listen.
Speaking of recipes, do you have a bread that you eat on a regular basis? Bread is very filling, and it helps to keep me from being hungrier than normal in-between meals.
Oh by the way, and I forgot to tell Hope this, but I made something for the first time tonight. I want everyone to know that I, yes me … made drop biscuits “from scratch” tonight. I’ve always wanted to say that I ‘made something from scratch’ and now I have. rofl.. Man, I should have taken photos. =D
