Speaking of recipes, do you have a bread that you eat on a regular basis? Bread is very filling, and it helps to keep me from being hungrier than normal in-between meals.
Oh by the way, and I forgot to tell Hope this, but I made something for the first time tonight. I want everyone to know that I, yes me … made drop biscuits “from scratch” tonight. I’ve always wanted to say that I ‘made something from scratch’ and now I have. rofl.. Man, I should have taken photos. =D
I’ve not been eating any bread until a couple of weeks ago, but I have trialed a couple recently. My favourite, so far, is made of predominantly flax meal and eggs (I have posted a link to the recipe in breafast recipes)
I have mostly been snacking on crackers made from leftover juice pulp, so I don’t go hungry!
You have mentioned a bread made with coconut flour, is this one you buy, or make? I’m guessing you buy it, from your last comment, but just want to check if you have a recipe?
