yes rafter , haven’t consumed any anti fungal of any sort except ginger(if it’s one)
protein sources:veggies and flours(millet, buckwhaet),sunflower seed,chicken
not for 2 days tough.
past 2 days
lemon juice(a lot of it)
and red rice/green gram watery mushy meal.
i too thought of going off of the diet just until i feel okay again.
i don’t take milk thistle,etc. no nutrition supplements as well.(i believed in power of food and fulfilling all the nutrient needs). foolish crap you can say.
ayurvedic medicine(indian holistic system) i consume daily(not today though).
i am just heading to suck some cinnamon sticks.
