I purchased kim chee which has sugar in the ingredients, but has less than 1 g of sugar listed in the nutritional facts, so I feel safe eating it, knowing that the sugar has been fermented. However with the yogurt I don’t feel that confident since the sugars listed are quite high in the nutritional facts. I don’t want to go backwards. What can I do going forward?
Simple. Don’t drink them for now.
