I see that you live in New York. If you really do not want to make homemade kefir, then there is one brand of Commercial Kefir that is appropriate. The brand is called Liberte it is Canadian from Quebec, you can purchase it all across Canada and probably some places in the US. They use Real grains to produce the Kefir which results over 20 strains of yeast and bacteria. The container is plastic with an aluminum top that is puffed up that shows carbonation the taste is identical to homemade as its sour and is full of bubbles(live cultures). The container guarantees a minimum of 37 billion per 100ml. It is extremely low in sugar less then regular Greek yoghurt. I used it on my last Candida Diet which really did help out. But homemade is way cheaper.
