Coconut water contains about 10-13 grams of sugar per 8 oz. I’d say whether or not you drink it depends on where you stand with the diet and any current Candida symptoms. Also, I’d advice on staying away from it if you’re still experiencing any die-off symptoms. If you drink it, of course like anything containing sugar, it’ll be a gamble.
