I’ve have similar issue. There are days where no matter what I eat I feel blocked and gassy. As a few attempts I’m able to go to the bathroom and then I end up with diahrrea. Then I’m unclogged and I have normal bowel movements. I don’t know the cause of it but it’s important to have light meals before bed. I wake up with a pretty empty stomach. Candida feeds on the food that just sit in your gut especially over night. Try having eggs alone and not the omelette. Apple cider vinegar also helps me.
