I have similar problems with bloating. After eating broccoli I plump up and have ongoing gas. Other foods also cause this problem. You should establish “safe foods” for yourself that can be eaten on a regular basis without any reaction. My main safe food is cucumber. Other people have had luck with celery.
Also, I think the bloating you experience may actually be a die-off reaction. The Candida die from starvation since you’re on the Protocol. Again, consider which foods make you feel more bloated; try eliminating the foods that create the full feeling for a couple weeks and reintroducing it slowly, thereafter. Which supplements are you taking? What foods do you eat?
