If you want to be serious about getting better, I would cut out the following items:
Brown rice contains starch and small amounts of sugar. Beans contain starch.
Almonds and seeds contain molds which will set back any recovery.
Butter is dairy and feeds the candida.
What kind of probiotic are you taking? Any other supplements?
I’d go ahead and return the clay and psyllium husks.
