For sure everyone is different. What I was trying to get at is that for me, it is not true that only a few days or even weeks have resolved my sugar cravings. I have been able to refrain from indulging but when I see it out somewhere or pass it in the store I have strong urges. I think it can be done because when I was well enough to train and workout I could go without it, but I had the payoff of endorphins being released from activity rather than from eating cake. Im about 6 weeks in now and still have them but have been able to refrain. Good luck to you.
