I don’t think I’ve stated that cellulase was actually “dangerous” – but it can be detrimental to the treatment. One thing I’ve written about cellulase was, in the human body it breaks down vegetable fibers, and once it’s combined with the enzymes in the fibers, it changes those fibers into simple sugars. The result is feeding the surviving Candida. That’s perhaps not exactly dangerous, but it certainly isn’t conducive to a Candida treatment.
Cellulose is fine.
