I’m a bit concerned about the sauerkraut as it’s shop bought. From the ingredients though it only contains cabbage and salt, and I hear that it’s a reputable brand. I don’t know if it’s pasteurised or not. Can anyone advise on this – could it do harm rather than good? I’m going to make my own soon.
I’ll be introducing kefir soon. I don’t know if my symptoms from the yoghurt were good or bad the following morning. It would probably be best to go for water kefir instead of milk kefir.
