I will stay off of meat, then intoduce it again, little by little. I’m eating eggs but I’ve never liked them, the smell or the taste.
At the moment, my only probiotic is coming from tablets and the sauerkraut. I’m hoping that that sauerkraut has a decent level of probiotics, but there’s no way of me knowing.
The thing is, I’m really confused about listening to my body now. That’s the dangerous and confusing part about all of this. If I listen to my body, I wouldn’t be going near raw garlic or coconut oil.
