Today I was so focused on starting eating better that I was afraid to eat anything in my house, When I was done watching the two boys that I take care of around 4pm I ran to the supermarket. By that point I hadn’t ate anything and I had my list of foods in hand. When I finally got home and sat down to eat it was almost 7 pm. Oh my god, all day and I hadn’t eaten. Then I had salmon baked with some mustard powder and cracked black pepper, A big pile of steamed broccoli, and a mixed greens salad with, A whole avocado sliced and 5 cherrie tomatoes. I also had 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil, about 4 oz, of Kefir, 4 oz of coconut milk, and 6 oz of Kombucha. Now I cheated because the Kombucha and Kefir are not homemade, they were organic, from a health food store. IS that okay until I can make my own?? Also, can I use Quinoa flour to make pancakes for breakfast or do I have to wait until I am candida free?
Have you contacted Able500 for the strict diet? No quinoa flour, also the first part of the cleanse is basically just veggies for a week or two. You can then start adding in test foods like the kefir, coconut milk, etc. (as well as buckwheat flour and oat bran). Tomatoes are not on the diet – too much sugar.
