I figured I posted in the wrong thread before when I asked for a substitute for egg. Egg is causing an allergic reaction in me and since it’s a big part of the diet I need a good substitute. Can anyone help out? Gluten free oat was suggested to me

Sitll the other problems remains, shall I just go for tablets like Spirulina or what do you suggest?
