I made this for dinner two nights ago and I loved it!!! I doubled the crust recipe and made it thick, although it may have been a bit too thick. The buckwheat flavor was a little overpowering. I topped mine with zucchini, carmelized onions, olives, artichoke hearts and an extra sprinkle of nutritional yeast. Yummm! Thank you for this awesome recipe!
