I have been on the diet for 7 months now and I really don’t have much to say. I just got engaged to my girlfriend and I feel rather good in general.
I recently added the following food items to my diet:
1)potatoes (eat 2x per week) (phase 2 item)
2)green apple (eat 2x per week) (phase 2 item)
I still take the same supplements except I am taking vitamin C with bioflavanoids.
My sleep has been pretty poor lately so I hope to get something that will help with my need to go to the bathroom at night. My digestion has been better in the past but the acupuncture helps every 3 weeks!
I still get hit with waves of general malaise where I feel borderline sick/ill. I feel rather dehydrated in general most of the time probably due to my sleeping medication.
I have reduced my cigarette smoking to 5 a day for 5 days a week and 6-7 a day 2x per week. I hope to reduce it even more to 4/5 a day in the short term and eventually quit. Right now, I think it could be the easiest time for me to quit I have experienced in the last 10 years. I am getting close…I just need to take the plunge! I know it’d make me feel a lot better!
