Check out my blog post about how smoking it up sent me to the hospital:
There is a few things likely going on. The first is that the pot has some molds in it because it is a dried item…there is no way to avoid it and you will be sensitive to this until your gut heals.
The second thing that is likely happening is this is causing minor hyperventilation and you are not getting enough oxygen. When this happens, the pH of your blood gets outta whack and it is quite uncomfortable. A way to reduce this symptom immediately is to drink some baking soda in water (about a teaspoon’s worth). Drink more if necessary but not more than 2-3 glasses. This is a quick fix type of thing and shouldn’t be done long term. The baking soda alkalizes the blood causing immediate relief.
Another thing I would check out is to see if there is molds in your house/apartment. In my story it mentions I had toxic mold in my apartment and I used to get seizures from it. Mold really messes you up from my experience.
If you want to see more improvements please tell us what your diet and supplements are currently. We can suggest something different for you that will likely help you heal faster.
Thanks for the reply. Sorry I probably wasn’t too clear with first post- I only smoked pot the once, which was followed by the first set of shakes. I never smoked pot after or now, so it’s not any smoking which caused the shakes last night.
I’ll look into the moulds. When I first had those shakes I was in University halls (brand new), and then another house, and then yesterday a different house again, so I’m not too sure it would be mould related.
When I was first considering going back on the diet (I was on it when I was 15, but I don’t think I fully healed) it was when I was feeling seasick all the time- this sort of dizziness my doctor said was due to inner ear problems, they gave me lots of pills, which didn’t work, but after a few months it eventually faded. The last few days along with the dioarrhea, I’m extremely dizzy/seasick feeling when looking down again, writing this is a real struggle- which is the same as back in the summer.
I had a one off appt with the nutritionist who I was first on the diet with (who specialises in candida), when I was on it when I was 15, who recommended all my supplements etc, so they are all fine, but I’ll list.
1 x Agnus Castus- Biocare

Diet is pretty much following the stricter diet that Able used to have up here. I have a bit of brown rice, as seem to tolerate this just fine, and did when I was on the diet first time.
