What you should cycle is antifungals…candida can adapt to most antifungals except SF722, raw garlic, raw onions (food sources), olive oil, coconut oil, and a few others. I would rotate from pau d’arco to a different antifungal such as oregano oil or grapefruit seed oil, I found pau d’arco to be rather weak myself.
The main thing that sticks out is that you are not taking enough probiotic. You need to ideally take 30-90 billion of probiotic per day to recover better and you are only taking something that is around 4 billion per day…you need more strains of probiotic and higher potency in other words. I also stress that you should rotate probiotics to get the widest variety of strains as possible in the long run.
I would not eat fruits on the diet, rice, nuts, rice milk, vanilla extract, rye bread, sweet potatoes…you diet seems completely wrong. We have a strict forum food list that has foods that candida can barely feed on, but what you are doing just isn’t going to work. Look at the label of your rice milk; I bet it contains something like 14g of sugar per serving, this is way too much and is feeding the candida! Me and able both had trial and error on the foods on our list and we’ve chosen a foods list that succeeds.
