Coconut milk is a borderline food item; I am slightly allergic to it myself. I don’t like how I feel after drinking it either so decided not to have it for awhile.
I think at one point I was taking some with 50 billion. I don’t remember if it was working because I didn’t take it for long enough. I will look into it again. I definitely need to find ways to save money. Supplements can become very expensive in the long run.
I do fine with coconut milk. I don’t have some every day though. All in moderation.
