Hi, Ash, actually it’s a lot stronger than butter. I’m afraid it’s better for frying and cooking foods than for speading. But if you need a ‘buttery’ taste in a food you’re preparing, it should do the job. And no reason that a bit of Truvia or Stevia couldn’t be used.
