Depending what stage you are at you could try a small amount of roasted buckwheat with coconut milk or yogurt, you could just have yogurt with stevia & cinnamon, or as a variation you could make a coconut flour pancake. Here is my recipe:

4 full eggs
1 teaspoon of stevia
25-30g of coconut flour
1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
